Are the Revolution Two WordPress Themes a Rip Off?

About a year ago I asked the question how do I start a blog? I got into WordPress using free WordPress themes but was never quite thrilled with the results. A while back I purchased the Revolution WordPress Themes and was absolutely thrilled with the purchase. Shortly after I started building blogs with it Brian Gardner announced that he had joined with Jason Schuller in a new venture and Revolution was going open source. That was great news for those that had not purchased the theme. The first thing I did was ask myself if the Revolution WordPress Theme was a rip off for those of us that had already spent our hard earned money to purchase it?
